Examples of Application
·  Drawing of tubes, bars and profiles in straight drawing on drawing benches as well as on drum drawing machines
·  Drawing speeds up to 1,000 m/min
·  Extruded and pilger tubes or soaped and pre-drawn tubes for the ID and OD lubrication
·  For the ID lubrication, the oil is pumped through the mandrel, mounted on a rod, or is applied by the “ Single shot ” method

·  Copper
·  Brass

·  Chlorine, sulphur or phosphorus free *

Instructions for use

·  Can be applied volume controlled in TOTAL LOSS ® procedure

·  In the following annealing process for hollows “ semi hard ” and finished tubes “ soft ” the remaining films evaporates practically residue free

·  Drawing oil remnants in relevant solvents can also be removed easily

·  Storage : Container to be stored under dry and frost protected conditions. Temperature range +5 °C to +60 °C
