Instructions for use
·  Can be mixed with water in any ratio to adjust the desired service concentration
·  The required film thickness on the part surface depends on the desired degree of deformation and is adjusted via concentration
·  Residues can be easily removed with hot water
·  Storage : Container to be stored under dry and frost protected conditions. Temperature range +5 °C to +50 °C
·  Application

– The surfaces of the blasted blank parts are coated by dip application

– Parts are coated in the coating bath at temperatures between 75 °C and 85 °C in intervals for five minutes. Afterwards, if required, the parts are dried by means of hot air in intervals

– The coating bath can be heated up to 90 °C under constant circulation
