Running in lubricant for open gears
Examples of Application
· Open gear drives of rotary kilns, ball, rod and autogenous mills, dryers and mixing drums
· Open gear drives of drum barkers in wood preparation
· Slew ring gears of converters, cranes, crushers and excavators with spray or central lubrication systems
Properties
· Allows optimal running in of open gears based on a combination of special additives and solid lubricant
· Good adhesion on metal surfaces
· Very high pressure resistance of the lubricating film
· Good corrosion protection
· Good wear protection based on the use of special additives and solid lubricants
· Free from bitumen, solvents and heavy metals
· No hardening or brittling of lubricating film
