Adhesive lubricant for open gear drives
Examples of Application
· Open gear drives of rotary kilns, ball mills, rod mills and autogenous mills, dryers and mixing drums
· Open gear drives of drum barkers in wood preparation
· Chains of large diameters
· Closed wire ropes
· Slew ring gears of cranes, stackers, crushers and excavators with spray or central lubrication systems
· Slew ring gears of converters and ladles
· Highly stressed plain bearing guides
· Hot forging of tubes, profiles and rods of steel, aluminium and other non- ferrous metals
Properties
· Good adhesion to metal surfaces
· High lubricant film pressure resistance
· Excellent wear protection by the use of special additives and solid lubricants
· Free from bitumen, solvent and heavy metals
· No hardening or brittling of lubricant film
· No strong tendency to dust absorption

· Service temperature : -10 °C to +160 °C
· Thermal stability of the lubricant film : -30 °C to +250 °C

Instructions for use
· Stir well before use
· Can be applied by brushing, by air spraying systems or by dipping
· Can be diluted with mineral oil to give the required viscosity
· Storage : Container to be stored under dry and frost protected conditions. Temperature range +5 °C to +50 °C
· Shelf life 5 years
