Instructions for application
· Parts must be cleaned and degreased thoroughly prior to coating
· Improved adhesion on the surface by : sandblasting and/or phosphatizing
· Anti friction coating must be stirred well before use
· Application by spraying, dipping or tumbling
· Curing time at 23 °C : about 10 minutes (depending on layer thickness)
· Formation of max. hardness : approx. 15 minutes after application
· Optimal thickness of coating : approx. 15 – 20 μm
Shelf life
· At least 24 months from date of production when stored at ambient temperatures (approx. 20 °C) in the original sealed container
